Based on the S.A.V.E. Self-Defense Program © 2009, participants learn threat awareness, survival mindset, basic stances, blocks, and strikes needed to survive a violent physical encounter with one or more attackers. Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes in duration and require a signed waiver before participating. Incredibly empowering, these sessions tech that no one needs to be a victim in today’s society, but if needed, you can fight back and survive! All sessions are thoroughly risk-mitigated for maximum safety, and personally taught by Matt Michaelson, U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.), Warrior Wellness, LLC, Owner/Director.
