Personal training exercise sessions offered as either individual (one-on-one) or a group bootcamp-type environment. Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes in duration and require a signed waiver before participation. Exercises include warm-up/cool-down and (depending on time allocation) target large muscle groups of the lower body (legs), upper body (chest/shoulders/back/arms), and core (torso/abs/lower back). Exercises can be performed using gravity as the only resistance, or with additional uses of light dumbbells, calisthenics, resistance bands, partner-assisted resistance, and/or other items as decided by the instructor. A great way to jump start your fitness or make a long-term plan for a body make-over!
